Sony PXW-Z450 combines 4K resolution (3840 x 2160) with design
ergonomic for perfectly balanced shoulder use and a versatile
2/3 B4 lens mount. This is a tool
robust and high performance capture for 4K and HD information,
documentaries, live events and general field production.
The PXW-Z450 record in QFHD 4K (3840 x 2160) at 50p/59,94p, with camera
slow and fast camera in 4K up to 59.94p*, plus a large
variety of HD formats, including XAVC Intra, XAVC Long GOP, MPEG HD
422 and MPEG HD 420. The Sony Z450 is able to record and produce not only
SDR content, but also HDR images such as Log-Gamma Hybrid (HLG) and
S-Log3 with color space BT.2020.
The CMOS Exmor R 2/3" 4K PXW-Z450 sensor allows you to use a
wide range of B4 targets available on the market without having to
use an adapter. The PXW-Z450 offers the same advanced features
that camcorder Full HD PXW-X400, with a weight balance and a low
exceptional consumption, in addition to excellent network functions.
PXW-Z450 is available on its own (PXW-Z450) or with 4K target,
OLED viewer and barrel microphone (PXW-Z450KC).
Simultaneous recording 4K HDR/HD SDR
The Z450 allows you to record simultaneously in 4K HDR and HD SDR to offer

Advanced image monitoring

Connect easily to the cloud
C3 Portal* allows you to load proxy/high resolution material to the cloud
from several camera operators on the ground, so that
start editing immediately. You can access the uploaded content
securely from any location. Production equipment
they can even start recording the clips while it is
making the recording, which saves valuable time
in case of last-minute news coverage.

Compatibility
with DWX wireless microphone systems*
The PXW-Z450 is compatible with
Sony's DWX series wireless microphone systems. The mode
energy saving is synchronized with the power supply of the camera
switched off and can be controlled by assignable buttons. With the mode
activated energy saving, the state is shown in the viewer.

Simple network connection
There is a specific button that
offers simple control of the ignition/off of the client mode in
network, automatic charge (proxy) and live broadcast. The mode
proxy recording can be activated or deactivated using buttons

CCM addresses internally*.
